A Versatile Blogger Award

by Valarie on January 9, 2012

Anne from Learning Table has graciously bestowed upon Jump into a Book the Versatile Blogger Award. Thank you Anne for your great kindness. This is so much fun and so unexpected.

This award comes with a few rules.

  1.  Thank the person that nominated you. (Thanks again Anne !)
  2. Tell seven things about yourself. (See Below)
  3. Pass this award onto 15 newly discovered blogs and let them know that they’ve received an award.
Seven Things About Me
  1. I love to play the piano and taught lessons for many years.
  2. I speak 7 languages fluently.
  3. One of my greatest joys besides my family and books is fruit and vegetable gardening.
  4. I’m a yarn harlot. I knit often.
  5. My greatest companion is our cat Oscar Katten.
  6. Will stop for gnomes and chocolate.
  7. Have been married to the same man for 24 years and with whom I  share two daughters and a son.
Some lovely blogs I’ve discovered and some who are old friends. I just had to share my friends!!

Thank you! Talk about making my day :-)

Thank you so much, Valarie! I am so touched. Does versatile blogger really mean fickle about my topics? :) Ha!

I cannot believe you are fluent in 7 languages. Incredibly impressive. What languages are they?
